Background and how I got here
I spent seven years at Atomi building the product management and delivery function from scratch for a consumer electronics and software company generating $15M+ in annual revenue. The scope was wide by design: mobile app delivery, platform migrations, hardware product launches, cross-functional team coordination, and OKR reporting to executive leadership. All of it simultaneously, without a dedicated ops function.
What I found I was actually good at was the translation layer. Taking what a customer or stakeholder says they want, figuring out what they actually need, and turning that into something engineering can ship on a timeline that matters. I have done that across software, hardware, and international market contexts, and the discipline transfers regardless of domain.
